With our previous system, we could add retail items to the ticket and hold it with it saving those items to reopen at a later time. Phorest doesn't allow this and retail sales can be easily lost due to this.

Hi Kara Steuer,
Thank you for taking the time to submit feedback. At the moment you can add products to appointments in the desktop version and they will be remembered for the current date.
We are working on improvements to that "basket" logic in the coming months that will allow you to use it across PhorestGo and the desktop version as well as allow it to remember any items added to the purchase screen for appointments.

Phorest Product I am unable to save any retail product on a guest's ticket from the desktop which is what we use 100% of the time to do checkouts. Once added and I click back out to the appointment screen, it is lost.
Edit: This seems to be fixed for me for the time being.
