Why are audits not being kept when an appointment is being moved to a different date?
We really need those. Just ran across a client accidently getting moved to a different date that was the wrong client to move. We had a hard time figuring out where her original appointment was and eventually gave up and had to call the client embarrassed that we had made this mistake. Fortunately she answered and we were able to get it moved back to where she was originally scheduled.
Please please please WE NEED THESE trails of appointments being moved and changed. They use to keep this info in the audit, why did this change????

I am curious why this is marked complete? If I move an appointment it does NOT hold the appt trail and we kind of need that info.... say the wrong client got moved... Then I can see when and where it was originally scheduled so we can move it back to where it should be without calling the client.. YES this scenario has happened.

Hi Rowena Yeager,
The audits exist only on the individual dates in both the old and new appointment screens. In order to see the audit trail when an appointment has been moved you need to go to that date in the diary, select the client and then open the audit trail.

Phorest Product OK... if I am hearing correctly when an appointment is moved from one day to another day it should hold the audit for the originally booked appointment, date time and person who originally booked it yes??? Because that is not happening. I just moved appointments off my Saturday June 22nd to June 20th and it only has todays date June 1st of it being moved. (logged in under someone else that wasn't logged out when I did it. ;) )

I haven’t had this issue but it is nice to track if a client is constantly rescheduling
