Why are audits not being kept when an appointment is being moved to a different date?
We really need those. Just ran across a client accidently getting moved to a different date that was the wrong client to move. We had a hard time figuring out where her original appointment was and eventually gave up and had to call the client embarrassed that we had made this mistake. Fortunately she answered and we were able to get it moved back to where she was originally scheduled.
Please please please WE NEED THESE trails of appointments being moved and changed. They use to keep this info in the audit, why did this change????
