It would be very helpful to know who scheduled a break into the book. Especially if it's being held for a client. When we're trying to decipher what the break is for, it would be helpful to know who put the block in - technician, front desk, manager?

Phorest Product Thank you. I admire the effort, and it’s a step in the right direction. Would it be possible to make the audit trail available by each Individual break. Giving me an audit trail that tracks every break ever made in the book, on the same trail, doesn’t really tell me what I need to know. For efficiency, it would help to have the audit trail broken down to that specific break, the same way we see the audit trail by each specific appointment. Unless I’m not understanding what I’m seeing correctly? Also, can we make these boxes expandable? It’s very difficult to see the information without having to scroll left and right.

YES AND we need to be able to create a block out for more than one person for say meetings, education events, one on ones... Very frustrating that we cannot do this now.

This is a major flaw. A management nightmare, and I have been telling them this for years now. The only way to track it could take hours to find, and is nearly impossible . Phorest needs to make a report for this to track by day, or add audit to the break block feature.

Tina ~: Agreed. Especially since these can be added on the App with no way to track. We have a strict policy for adding breaks to the book with no way to create accountability.

Kelli Scire: Yes, we have a strict policy also and this is an area where rules can be broken with no accountability. We had a block out today that sayd "BMV ", stylist didn't do it, and we have no way to find out what it means, or who did it, so I just deleted it and hope for the best.
