I would love an appointment icon specifically for pre-booked appointments so we can easily identify them. Also please bring back the section that describes what the icons are it was helpful especially for newer desk staff.

Thank you for taking the time to submit feedback. The icon legend has been moved into the appointments themselves. If you scroll down to the insights section you will see an explainer for each icon on that appointment.
For pre-booked appointment icons would this be for all appointments where the client booked the appointment before their previous appointment?

Phorest Product ok great, I see that now. For us, we consider an appointment pre-booked when they are in-salon for an appointment and book their next (or multiple) visits while they are there. We have our appt notifications set up to remind clients 2-day prior to an appt but would like to identify pre-booked appointments so we could manually remind them prior to the 2 day reminder because some clients forget they have that appointment and we end up with a lot of rescheduling when the 2-day notifications go out. Ideally there would be an option to set as many customizable notifications as we wanted, or to automatically send one to pre-bookers but even a way to see them on the calendar would be a great start. Thanks!
