Are you referring to the confirmation sent when someone books an appointment or the reminder of their upcoming appointment?

For the confirmation sent after they set up an appointment you can personalize the SMS or email by adding any of these fields, which includes Start Time.

You can do the same on the reminder. You have to add that in when setting up what you what to send them.
