It would be great if there was an option to email a guest after cancelling their appointment to confirm the cancellation.
Proof for both sides (guests can refer back if there’s ever a dispute)
Documentation for your front desk (you can check if it was sent)
Would really help in those situations when a guest calls back to say "they cancelled the appointment weeks ago".
