Payment requirement for offline bookings

I need a down payment obligation in the salon (or over the phone) similar to the deposit requirement for online bookings. The user must be COMPELLED to request the deposit. And the whole thing must also be possible via alternative payment methods. Not just via PhorestPay. Here, 90% of bookings go offline and the NoShow rate is increasing. That is really important

This is a must, i agree, it is hard to charge a no show fee when we have no card info

Totally agree it would be great if the deposit payment link is sent to each offline booking like it is done in Fresha for instance.

I also agree offine deposits become a must in our salon. You mentioned other payments rather than phorest pay for deposit. If you go to clients PAY screen rather than TAKE DEPOSIT, at the end of the treatment price line there are 3 dots. Click them and select DEPOSIT you can then choose amount and pay method. If a client cancels and they've paid deposit by CASH OR VOUCHER the money goes into their ACCOUNT not into their personal bank. You can use this as a future deposit by choosing ACCOUNT as payment method. I hope this helped 🙂

I agree there needs to be a easier in salon and over phone option. We stopped doing deposits because we dont have a recpetionist and all got too hard. We are trying to find a better solution
