Amending payment type needs changing on new system

The new system is very complicated if you make a mistake with a payment type at check out. The old system would allow you to edit the checkout and choose a different payment method. On the new system, you don't have the option to amend from cash to card and I've been told that you have to refund or void the original payment instead. That's far too complicated!!! Please change it back x

i cannot put through an refund from a previous date. Our sales reports has changed

PLEASE PLEASE change it back to the old system. It was far more user friendly and efficient. As was the old Purchase screen. The new one doesn't have a poduct history on the page and you can't add from the client card page.

Plus if you void or refund, the online deposit is refunded then you have to ask the client to pay this deposit again before the refunded one is not back in their accounts - not good

Not to mention the refund the original payment doesn’t hit immediately so it makes guests frustrated too

totally agree! it is very easy to make a mistake between cash and card, making it so hard to rectify a mistake is ridiculous
