Alerting the staff member requested when adding someone to the wait-list would be incredibly helpful. A stylist knows better if they would be able to fit someone in on their schedule in an allotted time and could notify them so they could look over their own and let the desk know if they are willing to fit the client in in an open space even if there is not the specific noted time available in the schedule.
