It would be helpful to have the ability to add appointment notes when rebooking from the sales screen, you have to go back to add a note. I also think there should be a spot for notes that show up on appointments and a place for other notes and formulas that is easier to use than what is there. Our notes often end up in the wrong spots and our formulas also get lost amongst other appointment notes.
