Add time range to waiting list

The new waiting list currently only allows us to place clients on for the "Morning" or " Afternoon". As a clinic that is open until 10pm, the afternoon varies too much. On the old waiting list had the option to put them in at a certain time. We need the option to select "after 5pm" or "available from 2pm-8pm" on the waiting list especially if the waiting list is going to send out automatic SMS. We don't want a client who is only available after 5pm to receive an SMS that an appt is available only to find out the appt mentioned is at 1pm.

I can open the waitlist, but there is no way to add it my online bookings, other than turning online bookings off.
This setup seems topsy turvy. As a client, I would want to use the waitlist feature if I can't find an apointment on my preferred time while I am making a booking. Not have a link to click to notify the provider that i want this time. That is not a waitlist, that is simply making an appointment using a private link.
Update this.

Brent Vrab: We thought it safer to build on the salon side within the appointment screen first to ensure it was working as salons needed before making it available to clients within the online booking flow. Rest assured we are certainly aiming to get it available for online booking too.
