when you pull up a client on the appointment screen, you cannot see any client/appointment notes until after they've been booked in. I can't see any special instructions until after and this seems to defeat the purpose of having the notes??
Please have it always visible, whether they are booked in or not.

There should be away that we can flag an appointment on the book (make it red) for important notes, reminders or if they have a habit of being late or not showing up to their appointments. This can also be combined for Birthday reminders.
What I do now is before their appointment time I make a break time before and write my notes there.
I was thinking maybe having an option to flag the appointment and make it Red so on the appointment book it stands out when looking at it

YES! With 15 different staff members and so many moving pieces, those prompts helped ensure our highest level of care. The "prominent" prompts that you can only see when opening the Client Appt sidebar are inefficient and unhelpful!

When booking a client, there should be a "Urgent note" option. We have clients in our system with no credit cards in the system, or they are frequently no showing. Or the credit card we do have has no funds. having a pop up note would be helpful. otherwise client notes are not seen or read until after the service is booked. Should be easier.

When a client is making an appointment, if there is a note the guest representative needs to know before booking, like if the guest's service takes longer or shorter time or to book their blowout with another stylist. The pop-up needs to appear that there is a note about booking when the client is scheduling. Not once they are at the salon.

Can we please please pleas create a pop up for notes regarding client booking notes ex needs 1 hr, has massive hair allow for extra time. There are pop ups for everything else this is an important one that keeps getting overlooked
