Also when a client wants to cancel and move part of their appointment to another day/ time , the new system doesn't let you do this .

We recently made a change where we show the client notes before you add any services when making a booking. Does this solve most of the issues around this topic, or do you feel more improvements are needed?

Cahir Hennessy please create separate note for service formulas. And let us make them be mandatory for services we choose. Client notes really need cleaned up if migrated from another platform. Our old platform had pop up notes separate from formula notes. More efficient and clear.

Cahir Hennessy I believe a true pop up - instead of highlighted notes would be more impactful. The color of the highlighted note is the same as the “Add Service” button color. A true pop up they have to click away from to proceed would be preferred! Thanks!!

Kristen Peckich love this idea! an audit log maybe for client notes? sometimes people remove important information & a time stamp / audit log would be great so we can go back & retrieve that information (special booking times, etc)

Cahir Hennessy we need notes to pop up again so they cant be missed before booking or rebooking. If we hit the rebook button when they cash out as well. we need specific timing for some clients and if it gets booked without it, it then throws off the stylists whole day. this is the one issue with online booking too. ORRRR if yall could make it so we can create custom timing for each client that would be my biggest wish from phorest.

Veronica Ballard I agree. A true pop-up would be better, but I'm still trying to get people to read the prompts I created. Cahir Hennessy part of the problem with the update is the color. It is the same as other items and so it is overlooked. It needs to be a different color.

when you pull up a client on the appointment screen, you cannot see any client/appointment notes until after they've been booked in. I can't see any special instructions until after and this seems to defeat the purpose of having the notes??
Please have it always visible, whether they are booked in or not.

Option to flag appointments with important notes/reminders

There should be away that we can flag an appointment on the book (make it red) for important notes, reminders or if they have a habit of being late or not showing up to their appointments. This can also be combined for Birthday reminders.
What I do now is before their appointment time I make a break time before and write my notes there.
I was thinking maybe having an option to flag the appointment and make it Red so on the appointment book it stands out when looking at it
