We NEED optional CHECK-IN PROMPTS - to alert the front desk to ask a question or tell a client important information. This was an option on the OLD Appointments Calendar - where is this option on the New Appointments Calendar?

pop ups! we have a lot of clients that require our staff extra time, we'd love it if something would "pop up" at the front desk to inform our receptionist to add time to their appointment

When checking a client in we had a feature that allowed us to know whether to offer tea or not to a client amongst other things to give better service every time and stop asking clients the same things again and again.

This is another reason being able to customize the "client card" to a timed service would be helpful so that on the app and online booking they will automatically book for the more or less time needed without more work
