We take deposits on treatments over £50 but often forget, it would be handy if a reminder to take the deposit popped up when booking a treatment of a certain value/description.

Hey Emma, thanks for posting this idea. You could set a prompt on the service category with a custom text that shows on check-in or checkout. Unfortunately, this does not work on service level. Hope this can help a bit, Sonja

Yes, I often forget to do this. Although each salon should have the option to set the limit to suit their services.

Similar to Emma, we also take card details for all bookings over €50. I'm aware of the legal change here in terms of holding client's card details after their treatments - but would it be possible to create a secure area on the clients' card (similar to the facility on Memento 6) whereby the card numbers could be held until the treatment is carried out and then deleted. We don't want to put the card details in notes and are currently holding them in a password protected document - but this gets messy for taking the card details. Thank you!
