Staff members have different prices and time it takes to complete the service.
We constantly have guests call and ask how much "x" service costs with "x" stylist. In our old system it took ONE click on that staff members name to pull up this list.
Currently there are too many steps to access this information. This information is so valuable to our front desk staff.
It has reflected very poorly on our salon when it takes longer than 30 seconds to find the price of a specific service with a specific service provider. It makes our guests question our prices and it makes our front desk staff seem incompetent.
It is also hard for new front desk staff to book appointments when they can not easily access how long it takes a specific staff member to do "x" service.

Please PLEASE make it easier to access various staff's service times and pricing! I hate looking foolish on the phone when a guest calls to make an appointment and inquires about cost!

It’d be great to be able to look up the different pricing between the all level stylists. It would serve as insight for what price range they’d be looking at (in case of an on sight consultation or phone consultation) or if we’re receiving a guest from a different level stylist, to give insight on guest’s price range
