Dear Phorest team,
In my opinion, online booking needs to be improved.
Specifically, I would like Phorest to work with “professional sorting”.
Professional sorting means:
  1. Advice
  2. Color services
  3. Eye services (during treatment time)
4th haircut
5th styling
etc
If you were able to assign technical sorting to each service, an appointment booked online would always be in the correct order in the calendar. Unfortunately, it is currently the case that the date appears in the calendar in the order in which the services are selected online. Of course, that makes no sense at all.
In this context, it would also be nice to determine whether the service can be carried out within the exposure time of a color (e.g. eyebrow tinting) and whether the service is an assistance that can be performed by the salon assistant (e.g. applying base paint). The employee category already exists under “employees”.
If you could now choose how many hairdressers are allowed to work on a customer (taking assistance into account), you would have a much stronger online booking system.
