It would be really helpful if we could send guests invoices for things like deposits, cancellation fees, etc. We do a lot of extension deposits, and having to take them all over the phone actually causes us to lose the guest because (let's be real) people are scared of the phone. So it would be great to have a secure way to obtain those payments!
