We have an "in house" employee that we put sales under for walk-ins or employee discounted services or products.

I've set up a 'Therapist' called 'zNone' and assign to that, zNone doesn't have a column, or any services assigned to it, so it is basically invisible

We created an extra column for “reception” to accommodate this issue and all non staff sales go under this option.
