Preserve entire audit history for appointments that are moved.

Currently, when you move an appointment to a new day, the audit history from the appointment on the original day does not carry over to the new day. This makes it impossible to know who originally booked the appointment. We really need to be able to see audit history from the original day to be able to coach staff when a mistake is made, or in the instance of a guest complaint.

Absolutely! The program used to provide this information and it changed after the update, now you actually need to know the date the original appt was on and type the clients name in like they are making an appt and click on audit. But if they’ve moved more than once, or you don’t know the date of the original appt it’s impossible. We used that feature ALL the time, and it’s very helpful/important when you have new staff at the desk booking appts
