Phorest Tips- make it easier to add a tip after ticket paid through

With the new system, clients and staff alike are missing the cues on occasion and tips needed to be added after the fact. We have had alot of difficulty with the new Phorest Tips to alter or add tips- when in the past, we could just edit a transaction or add in an "other" service to add a tip for someone.
With Phorest Tips the flexibility for that is gone

We are having so many mistakes since changing to Phorest Tips. The way tips are to be done now is very confusing. Please figure out a way to make this a one step process. It is especially bad when the client is paying with Cash,Check, etc.
