Payment Options for Members

We are unable to select other options of payments for our current members - as long as they have credit on their account, they can only pay by this. We are having to process certain purchases under walk-in at the moment to please our clients, but this is not ideal as we are unable to then follow up product history. Please, can you make payment on membership credit optional as our clients would prefer to use their credit towards treatments and pay for their products seperately.

We need the option to either use or not use a patient's credits in a transaction - so that it is not automatically the first source of payment. We also need to be able to apply a specified amount of credits - not all or none.

If a client is on a credit membership the system will automatically allocate membership credits as the primary source of payment. We need to be able to over ride this if the client wishes to pay by an alternative method. We have clients that want to save their credits for their treatments and prefer to purchase retail with a credit card, as an example. They should be able to choose when/what they apply their credits to.
