Option to not add refunds/returned products to stock count

Currently when a client tries out a product and decides to return it, after the refund process the system automatically adds the product back to the stock count. We cannot sell used products, so this is highly inconvenient to manually change our stock numbers every time a product is returned. Adding an option to turn on/off the automatic addition of refunded products to the system like other competing salon softwares.

Oh dear! Glad I read this since I was wondering what was going on with our stock!

Totally agree, it really messes up the inventory as i would like to “trust” the inventory numbers and do orders from home and dont feel confident with the way this is handled. Our old program asked if the product was re-sellable

When a guest returns an item, it's usually used and therefore cannot be sold. We need to make this distinction during returns so the returned item is not automatically added back into our inventory counts. A pop up or a toggle that asks if this return is being added back into inventory would help keep my counts accurate.

Yes there should be a prompt when a guest makes a return the prompt should ask if the product will return to shelf or damage/not sellable. Super inconvenient. I feel this throws off the inventory if they forget that it was not returned to the shelf.

Yes, an option to restock or not (as simple as a tick box) would be awesome!
Especially if it's a product that gave a customer a reaction / defective and I don't want to restock it.
