When a client is a no-show, technicians should still receive their commission on the fee. we need a option for salon/ spas that are commision based.

I agree, we charge 100% of the service for no shows and last minute cancellations, the policy is in place mostly for the stylists sake, so it would be nice to have an option to select the salon's preference.

We are a commission based spa. We moved to charging 100% for no shows last year and just charge for the appt. as usual with NO SHOW in the notes.
