We like to include custom perks for our VIP members. For example they get 3 for 2 on products. However, as they already get 10% off products and cannot have both, they can choose to opt for the 3 for 2 instead. This is not possible to apply another discount easily under their account as the 10% is automatic and cannot be changed.

Also, we would like to gift them £10 off sometimes as a 'Thank You' gift however we can not apply any other discount. So apart from adding credit manually, is there another way round this?
