Add products/services to the bill and save this until they are ready to pay. Having to add services and retail again every time you are done with a ticket (not checked out) - can we have the ability to save changes.

We are currently working on improvements to the "basket" for appointments that works more effectively at saving edits to appointments made on the purchase screen. We will be updating here in the future as the work begins and nears completion.

It would be GREAT if the discounts changed save! It would save so much time at the till, prevent errors if another receptionist takes over and they aren't aware or forgets! Any idea when this update will take place?

It would be great to be able to make invoice changes ex. discounts and have them saved as we toggle between screens or of course work in multiple screens (please!!!) Also a section for check in prompts, as well as booking prompts, and checkout prompts.

Once an appt is checked in, I would like to be able to apply a discount in the pay screen (prior to checking out), and have the discount still be applied in the purchase screen, once the client is ready to check out

When a client purchases 6 products , interruption phone rings and you have to change screens to check an appointment, I have to rescan all products back in, there should be a way of pulling them back when you enter name. This can be very stressful at a busy desk.

This would be so amazing and allow stylists to add additional services or products so when they get to the front desk they are completely ready to check out. It will really streamline things!
