Make appointment/ticket attachment more efficient

We typically book most appointments as just one main service- then add on any extras at check out when the stylist has told us what they have done on them for that day. When you delete a service from the original ticket, it creates a whole new ticket which is frustrating.. Then if you have to merge multiple tickets with multiple services- all the services we have already put in the secondary ticket get deleted unless each service is on the books! We don't want to have to go in to every appointment and add a bunch of services on the screen when we could just add them to the ticket. But for a merged ticket, if we add in the secondary person's services to the ticket, it'll go on the primary person's service history- that and any products purchased go under the primary person's as well, even if they are for the secondary person. In our old system, we could update tickets without messing with the booking screen, and then merge so all the service and product history would be recorded correctly under each persons file.
