Many estheticians will leave recommendations in the client notes, but if they don't buy it the same day, it can be hard to find. For example, if the client just comes in to buy the products without any scheduled appointment, there is no way of seeing their client notes on the purchase screen, and has caused many of our estheticians to lose out on that commission
