We are loving the add-on feature that prompts upgrades when booking online and on the phone, but the pop up is getting in the way and adding an unnecessary step at checkout. While building a ticket, we do not need the pop up prompt for each individual service we add. Just adds a step.

Yes! So frustrating to have to click skip for every item.

Additionally, we noticed when you actually do select an add on with this feature, it doesn't actually show up on the ticket as an added service and you have to add it manually anyway!
