You should be able to apply a discount to a certain "category" on a ticket (ex; discount all retail, discount all services/specific service category). Right now you can either add a discount to everything on the ticket, or just one at a time, which can be time consuming & contribute to errors if we are running a retail-only or color-only promotion.
