Disable Cashing Out Future Appointments

There should be no ability to cash out future appointments. This creates major operational and reporting issues and makes no logical sense in a real-world salon environment. Cashing out should only be possible for appointments on current day, once services have actually been delivered.

May I ask what you would suggest for those wishing to pre-pay for an appt? At our salon we get clients that book their parent/child in for a service and wish to pay for said service prior to the parent/child arriving at the salon. We do use the deposit on account option however with adding a tip to the payment this is where paying for an appt that is booked in the future still makes sense.
