Custom fee including tax

We use the custom fee to charge for credit card fees. Custom fee is currently calculated on the products and services, pre tax and tip. Can we get an option to calculate the custom fee on the entire bill, including tax and tip?

You can now assign a tax rate to custom fees within the Manager>Settings>Financials>Custom Fees area when you create or click on an exsiting custom fee
