We use course sales towards KPI's. It has happened many times that courses have gone out under the wrong therapist. It is impossible to amend it then. We usually can not refund the course because it has been upsold and the client has been in for a treatment at the same time and therefore used 1. There quite a lot of messing around and extra work rather than just changing the name of the therapist that sold it. Just under manager/owner access would be great
