We can't add retail items to a clients bill and save that until they leave. We also have 'add ons' like treatments that are sold as retail so the stylist gets 'retail' rather than normal commission.

These items are being forgotten which means clients are walking out with stuff they haven't paid for or not paying for treatments they received.

We could add stuff on the old screen but not anymore.
