View email or communications that were sent to clients in their profile

When looking into what communications a client received it would be helpful to be able to click on that communication piece (ie: email) to see what the email was.

It would be nice to have the ability to click on the email/text under communications in the clients file that was auto sent for appt reminders. So the front desk can see exactly what the client is seeing on their device at home.
