Client are not receiving alerts for appointments made or moved from the desktop only the mobile app. And there is no function in the portal to say push notification on new appts only reminders. So there is a problem to troubleshoot without overwhelming clients to test if there is system has the error. Also can not make precise time placements on the desktop version. It shows as hours never with an option for by the minutes.
