It would be very helpful to include a feature that tracks each client’s history of no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
When viewing a client’s profile, the system could display:
Total number (or percentage) of no-shows
Total number (or percentage) of last-minute cancellations
Possibly a simple rating or flag (e.g., low / medium / high risk)
This would allow staff to quickly assess booking reliability when clicking on a client, helping with decisions such as deposits, scheduling priority, or overbooking strategies.
Having this information visible at a glance would improve efficiency and reduce lost time from missed appointments.
