I wanted to ask if there is a way to prompt the “ how did you hear about us?” as a pop up? As well as the credit card info like when we are adding a new patient? it currently it pops up to see if we want to opt in for SMS but I would love to see all three pop up prompts to ensure these metrics are recorded. Please let me know. Thank you
