Certain clients are specific and are only allowed to book with certain stylists, or always need time added bc of how thick their hair is, it would be nice if when you pulled a client profile to book the service we get a popup that has to be acknowledged before booking their service (Envision has a feature that worked really well )

creating a pop up when you click on a clients name for important information that reception must know before booking the client. Reception/Stylist forgets to check the notes before booking appointments so having it pop up will alert them before booking

I have a client that has dementia and she has to be booked as my last client of the day but it never gets done even in notes. so if it would pop up during booking to alert whoever is booking it would be very beneficial for important things when booking clients

Ex: When clients have specific notes that need to be seen on booking, servicing and checking out. Example: we had a guest the other day that has been a guest for almost 20 years and was moving. As owners we wanted to comp her services. We told our support staff, but then shift changed occurred. If there was a pop up not that popped up during the register it wouldn't have been missed. In Meevo we had control of where pop up notes occurred whether it be one place or 3 places! But they need to POP UP for a reason!

Hinweisfenster/Pop-up bzw. Info für Top-Kund*innen einblenden können, beispielsweise wie für Geburtstage.
Ein solches Hinweisfenster ist aktuell nicht verfügbar. Stattdessen müsste man die Top-Kund*innen eigenständig identifizieren – zum Beispiel über das Dashboard „Kundenwert“ – und in der jeweiligen Kundenkartei einen Hinweis in den allgemeinen Notizen hinterlegen. Diese anschließend über die Checkbox besonders hervorheben lassen. Ein Pop-up erscheint dabei jedoch auch nicht; die Notiz wird lediglich im Terminkalender durch gelben Hintergrund und fettgedruckte Schrift hervorgehoben.
