PLEASE MAKE CLIENT NOTES MORE STREAMLINED. I am begging.

Right now, Phorest has too many separate places for notes, such as appointment notes and client card notes. This creates extra clicking and makes it easy to miss important information.
I’d love to see notes centralized on the main client card with clear tabs, such as:
Client Notes | Formula | ALLERGIES | Appointment Notes
It would also be very helpful if notes could be formally “submitted” so each entry automatically saves the date, time, and staff member who added it. This would create a clearer history and improve accountability.
Additionally, if a client has an allergy listed, that allergy should be clearly flagged on the appointment screen so staff can see it before or during the service without having to click into multiple areas.

Could not agree more and to be honest it is ridiculious that you have to go to past appointments to access certain client card information. Don't understand the chaos of having to go back and forth so many times. L:ike I said ridiculaous.

Da bin ich dabei. Es ist sehr unübersichtlich
Notizen zum Termin
Farbkarte, die immer wieder anzusteuern geht. (Datum, Uhrzeit, Mitarbeiter)
Notizen zur Person
DAs genügt absolut

Some notes should be mandatory too. Not sure if this is a thing in Phorest but in shortcuts you could specify services that must have a visit note added (e.g. colour formulas) - then we’d run a report which showed which staff hadn’t completed their notes. Staff that didn’t complete their colour history then had their commission withheld (until it was completed). Was a good system of accountability- not sure if this can work in Phorest - anyone know?

Agree - the workflow is clunky!

Claire Emmerson work flow in a lot of important areas is just not there.

Claire Emmerson so much gets buried. It should also acessable from client card. I can't believe that this info is not stored there. Please look into this.
