Lose notes if screen goes to lock screen

If you are in the middle of clients notes and you leave the notes for a minute for example to assist a client, if it goes to lock screen , you lose the notes you have entered.

this drives me mad! It also happens if you are in the middle of typing in the ai help bot. it doesnt recognise that you are typing
