The prompt to tell you a client has a deposit on file {taken in cash or by phone} seems to be gone , why? this prompt is needed as when desk is busy at checkout this can be missed , especially when it has always come up for the last 15 /16 years we have been using it ! very frustrating to take things away that are working fine when doing an update, can I have this back please.

YES 100% please. We have missed applying deposits because of this. It was a great feature to have that pop up, so to lose it is frustrating.
