We need prompts when adding an appointment, to pop up with important notes or info about that client. When adding an appointment and entering guest name a prompt should come up immediately to let our front desk, or anyone scheduling an appointment from our desktop or app, to know a specific bit of info. For instance, if guest needs a deposit every time they book, or if they require special timing for their service regardless of who they are booking with. Some guests may ask for a privacy screen as they have religious reasons and we would need to know at time of booking. Or some guests should not be booked with certain stylists (per stylist request) and a pop up would help front desk tremendously.
