Mike Messenger Exactly.... They are not really "notes" they are formulas and should have their own place so a formula doesn't get buried. Just like CONFIRMATIONS need their own place too... both get lumped together and they are not the same thing. SOOOO in one area we have "appt notes", "Formulas" AND "Confirmations" They should all have their own tab, own place.
Now Appt confirmations I have made suggestions for years now. We need a TILE for confirmations that we can input a day, it pulls up all appts for that day with client name, Phone number, in a grid column "check list" for the following. Confirmed, Left Message, Wrong number, PLUS imput if they confirmed by text or email so we know not to call them.
