Client Card - Show Clients They Referred

As a salon owner I want to be able to easily see what clients have been referred to the salon by each client. This helps me verify their referral reward easily and also gives a clear view of how valuable the client is to the salon.

Pauline Maher would like to know where you find this. It is not in the client card, and the only thing I can find is in Marketing/Referrals and visually scan the report to see who has been referred and by whom. You would have to choose date range and search for the referring guest's name. There is no simple way, unless I am missing something.

Betty Thomas, i agree, it is too complicated. I was mixing it up with another system. It was on the client card Referred by andbyou could see who was referring clients to you and even say Thank you.

Betty Thomas If you scroll down on the client card, under Client Settings, is a drop down "Referred By", but maybe I misunderstood your query - are you looking for a report to find referrals? If so, then under Reports, Clients, Super Client Referrals - put in say 3 months and it brings up who's referred clients during that period.

So so important! Also, rewards should be in percentage amount. ex. referrer and referee receive a 15% discount. This could be in the treat card option.

It would also be nice to be able to choose our referral reward and have it automatically apply to the clients next appointment. I don't see the point of selecting which client referred someone if the system doesn't at least prompt us to credit them on their next appointment date

Stephanie Simpson you can set this up in the referals section. It's all automated once set up correctly so you can either manually add the referring clients name to the Client Notes (scroll down to referred by) or if a new client adds their referring friends name to their consultation form, Phorest keeps a running list. When the new client visits the salon then checks out, the referring client will automatically receive a voucher. It's very clever!

It would be very useful if we could generate a client referral report based on their client consultation from they filled out so that we can reward the person who referred them as well
