don't like the new page where you have to click on a separate button to see future appointments in the client card. old version was easier to navigate

It was alot easier to have the past appontments and future appointments on the same screen with different colors, instead of on two different pages. It is easier to miss details when they are not all in the same spot. Easier to forget if they have already rebooked, and not as easy to see if they are getting the same services as last time. I have found myself multiple times confused why a client didn't rebook, but then had to remember that the future apt was on a different page. It seems like an extra step that dosn't make things easier

Hi folks,
We will be running some tests over the next couple of months to see what impact defaulting the the future appointments tab will have on the overall experience. At the moment 52% of users go to the future tab and 48% remain on the past tab. The tests will look at what impact on clicks and time changing the default will have.
I will update here once the tests are completed.

Agreed. I don't mind the layout but it should open to future appointments as the default not past appointments.
