It would be awesome to have a chat box icon at the top of the client card so that when we are looking through clients, it can be a simple click from their profile to send them a direct message.

There is already an option for this in the app and the desktop.
In the app, the icon is to the right of their name when you tap into the appt; on the desktop, click on their appt and you can see the chat icon in the upper right hand corner.
