If you click on an old appointment in the history, it was possible to edit the note for this appointment. Now that option is gone.

On Timely you can add a note next to an appointment or just in someones column that doesnt block that time out. You can tik the box so that people can still book in. Its just a note for the employee to see that isnt a break or anything like that
