All client cards with the same email should be automatically merged

We have numerous client cards for some clients who in one have their number, and in another only have their email. Surely if a client card has the same email it should be connected to just one card?

If you auto merge and the one with an Address is not listed first on the merge you will lose the address. It also will not merge consultations. This area needs work.
