Clients need the ability to download a client’s Appointment History in a format that can be edited, such as Microsoft Excel. Currently, the Appointment History (Client Card > Appointment History) can only be printed or exported as a PDF, which is not editable and does not meet their operational needs with clients undergoing multi-session treatments or long-term courses. They have a number of clients who regularly purchase courses; these clients often request an easy-to-read, digital record of all sessions used, especially when preparing to purchase a new course. In Swing, this appointment history could be exported in Excel format, which salons relied on heavily. The removal of this capability has created operational challenges and customer-facing issues. Clients purchasing courses expect a clear appointment history before agreeing to purchase a new one. Without an editable, digital, and clearly formatted history, they may decline to proceed or lose trust in the business. Per the client “Clients who take repeated courses want a record of their previous course before paying for a new one. Without the ability to provide this in an editable digital format, they become suspicious or may refuse to pay. This is a fundamental need. You already have the data -- in the old system, this could be exported to Excel. It is essential.”
