I'd like the ability to remove fields like "Birthday" from being required for a profile to be considered "Complete". All I want personally is name, phone, and email in order to remove the flag icon in the appointment screen. These are the essential fields to keep contact. Fields like birthday, while nice to know, shouldn't rise to the level of tripping the incomplete flag.
