Ability to add waiver to client card if we know they don't need a patch test. Rather than having to create and send a consultation form, this should be a few clicks and automatically added to the client card.

This is also something salon control had, you could open a client waiver, they would read it and sign and then it’s saved in their client card without having to print anything out
